SHIPPING
We take great pride in providing our customers with superior quality and value. As a result, shipping via ePacket, EMS, and USPS from our China warehouses and USPS from our US warehouses both start at $6 per order.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred after delivery. When you make a purchase from us, you agree to receive one or more shipments; these products may be subject to customs duties upon arrival in your country.
RECEIPT TIME With the exception of uncontrollable events such as war or natural disasters, in which case the maximum delivery time remains around 15 working days, we will process an order after a customer successfully places one within 1-3 days, and the package will still be shipped from warehouses in China or the United States, both of which are expected to arrive to the buyer within 5-10 working days.
This does not include our processing time of 1-3 days.
Statistic tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number; however, free shipping may prevent some deliveries from being tracked in certain circumstances. Even if you choose combined shipping, you may receive the same order’s contents in multiple packages for convenience or security.
